Our purpose is to help you be successful in ministry. We will tailor each consultation and training seminar to meet your express needs.
Training and Consulting are different. Consultations are usually done in person after an initial phone meeting. Training can be done via the web or on site – its up to you.

CONSULTING
Consulting is done via webinar or in person. After you email or call us, we will set up a time for an in-depth visit with you via the phone or Skype for the initial consultation meeting. After that we will schedule a time to come to your location and visit with you, your architect and any staff or committee members you may have.

- Architectural Consulting – Work with your Architect, attend building committee meetings if desired
- Floor Plan Review – Review your plans and make recommendations

- Work with your staff to help you develop well rounded ministry oriented programming for all ages

- Study of ministry objectives, organization and make recommendations
- Evaluate ministry and administrative practices and make recommendations
- Ministry Start Up/Design
- Walk with you through the steps to get your church or organization off on the right foot to help assure ministry success
- Work to set up an effective in-house and social media promotion plan
- Equipment Purchase
- Equipment needs survey with helps on choosing and purchasing equipment to save you money
- Assistance in equipment bidding
- Staff Training
- Instruction for volunteer staff in: ministry objectives, evangelism, customer Service, front desk techniques and risk management
- Instruction for ministry staff in risk management, and operations of specialized facility programming and supervision
- Policies and Guidelines overview and customization to fit your church

TRAINING
Don’t pay for expensive travel to a conference. No need to spend time away from home or the church. Get the most from your staff and member training budget
Train as many folks as you can get into a room • Training your volunteers, committees/teams or staff • Train in one hour or one day • Space training out over several days or weeks to fit your schedule • Customizable to meet your unique needs – Choose from our Web Conference topics
Equipment Needed: All you need is a computer, speakers and a way for folks to see the presentation • For a small group use a video monitor TV • For a larger group project the presentation on a screen
Dialog and questions are facilitated via speaker phone or over your computer mic and speakers. If you do prefer face to face on site training John will be happy to help you with that also.

You can customize training to meet your needs
Cost: Training seminars are $75.00 each for as many people as you can get into the room. Each seminar runs from 50 to 60 minutes in length.
On site training cost is: $300.00 a day plus expenses for as many seminars as you want in a day. On site training also includes personal consultation and meetings with staff and volunteers.
